What we do and absolutely love doing!

 

We provide skilled, affordable, and supported on-site ICT services to Education Queensland Schools.

We have been doing this, and refining our processes, for over 17 years now and are currently servicing 31 schools all around the Brisbane region! The reason we have been able to keep doing this is because of three constitutional company policies:

  1. We keep the prices very low.

  2. We value and support our technicians helping them develop and grow.

  3. We personally take responsibility for ensuring your school is serviced as if it were our own business.

 

This includes the following:
 

  • Scheduled On-Site support

    • We are SOA approved (QEDSOA – 99983 Augmented ICT Support Services for Schools).

    • As many techs and days as are required

    • Minimum 6 hour shift

    • Short term additional techs available for projects

    • Fill in techs available for any days your tech is sick

    • Provided without any binding long-term contracts

    • Can be replaced at any time if they turn out to be a poor fit for you.

 

  • Your Technician(s)

    • All have Blue cards

    • Will be familiar with EQ processes prior to start.

    • Are approved by you prior to start

    • Will be permanently allocated to your school

    • Are available during school holidays if required

    • Have signed Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements

 

  • If the technician is a new starter with technical skill but no OC, once approved by YOU we then get them enlisted in the OC process (usually through your school) and train them at our expense. You don’t pay a thing until they have their OC.

  • There are NO written contracts unless you require one. Our support must constantly meet with your approval. You can cancel at any time.

  • All technicians are part of our internal ‘Tech Chat’ forum. If any tech comes across an issue they cannot diagnose within 10 minutes, they jump on to Tech Chat and receive immediate assistance from our other techs. No waiting on long calls to Service Desk.

  • Every term we have a full day training course for our techs (Held on the first Saturday of a new Term) to ensure they are always up to date, learning new things and share solutions they have found at their respective schools for the betterment of all.

 
 

Purchasing - GITC Approved (Q-5066)

Through our corporate arm, we are able to obtain goods usually much cheaper than through the normal EQ procurement channels.

This is for any item that does not come with a service contract - ranging from replacement bulbs for projectors, iPad cases, desktop printers, iPad charging trolleys and even large interactive smart displays.

Only schools we currently support can access our cheaper pricing and supplier networks. We provide these money saving offers as part of our ‘whole of service support’ and not as a profit centre.
